Orchard Developments North Lincolnshire (ODNL) is a leading professional Construction & Facilities Management Company based in North Lincolnshire and has been an established name in the construction and roofing industry since 2016.
We’re a team of fully certified professionals, Orchard Developments offers a complete service, and can help with all aspects of construction and roofing, from fixing a slipped slate or clearing a blocked gutter to completely replacing a roof ensuring nothing is out of place and that water penetration is a thing of the past.
Orchard Developments specialises in Liquid Weather Proofing systems using products from Westwood Liquid Technologies, Sika, Rubberseal, Bauder and TOR. We are also very proud to be members of the LRWA and were Finalists in the LRWA awards 2026.

Flat Roofing
Specialising in single ply, liquid plastics and felt roofing, from leading brands, Westwood, Sika, and Rubberseal. Bauder

We offer a wide range of flat-roofing products suitable for every need and budget – from single-ply roofing to two-layer systems with solar reflective paint and three-layer mineral systems. We can also insulate all flat roofs using insulation boards, ranging from 50mm to 200mm in thickness.

We always finish our roofs with drip edges and lead to cover up the stands. Meticulous attention to the detailing.
Slate and Tiling
Slate is a durable material that’s been used to build roofs for over 700 years. It comes in three varieties – natural, artificial and zinc – and offers an authentic and beautiful roofing solution, especially for traditional-style homes.
Now, tiles have been created with similar properties that make them almost as hardwearing and long-lasting. These are produced from either concrete or clay, and are more suited to modern houses, as they’re available in an array of styles and colours.
Roof Ventilation
Many roofs suffer from condensation due to bad or no roof ventilation. This can cause water to leak through your ceiling and you ending up with costly repairs. Lack of proper roof ventilation can also be damaging to your health due to the presence of mould spores in the air from the damp patch.
